How do you sign up for Garrett’s loyalty program?

Can I track my order?

You will be able to track your order as soon as you receive an email stating that “Your Order Has Been Processed,” and it will contain your tracking information. This process will generally take 1-3 business day excluding weekends or holidays.

Where do you ship to?

We are equipped to ship domestically and internationally. Kindly note that free shipping does not include international orders.

What is the return policy?

In order to qualify for a return, the item(s) must be in the original condition without the signs of wear or damage and within the 14 days of your purchase being delivered. If you would like to return or an exchange, then send an email in order to receive an Authorization form.

When will I receive my refund?

Please note your return will be processed within 7 business days from the time we receive it in our warehouse. Once processed, we will send you a confirmation via email!

How are my refunds credited?

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
